1. You can pay using electronic banking (Paysera)
Paysera is an electronic payment system that combines different payment methods: through the Paysera system, e-banking or payment cards. Paysera offers a free multi-currency account that takes just a few minutes to open and top up. It also offers fast and secure online payments, with a portion of the amount spent returned to the customer. Paysera also offers a convenient mobile wallet, which further facilitates payments both online and at physical locations. Pay with Paysera - it's fast, modern and useful. For each payment, up to 1% of the amount paid for goods or services is returned to the customer's Paysera account.

Delivery of goods
1.1 The Seller's aim is to hand over the goods ordered by the Buyer to the parcel service within 2 working days of payment for the goods.
1.2 The delivery service shall deliver the purchased goods to the address specified by the Buyer:
1.2.1. within 1-2 working days if the goods are delivered in Lithuania;
1.2.2. for Other Parties, by telephone or email;
1.3 Delivery services are provided by UAB Venipak Lietuva.
1.4 All orders will be shipped through Venipak Lietuva UAB. When we send you an order, we will immediately send you a notification with the consignment number so that you can track the movement of the consignment online.
1.5 All information about the opening hours (delivery times) of UAB Venipak Lietuva and UAB Venipak Lietuva's services is available on UAB Venipak Lietuva's website, which has a separate webpage for each country in which UAB Venipak Lietuva operates.
You can pick up your orders for free at our office in Vilnius.

Otherwise, the delivery price is based on the weight of the order.
Return of goods
2.1 Goods purchased at www.healthychoice.lt may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
2.2 Returns can only be made if the packaging is intact - the goods have not been unpacked.
2.3 When returning goods, they must be returned in their original packaging.
2.4 The Buyer's request to return the goods must be made in writing, accompanied by proof of purchase in the e-shop.
2.5 Money for returned Goods may be refunded to the Buyer within 5 days of the date of return of the Goods to the Seller and confirmation by the Seller that the Goods have been accepted by the Seller as returned. The delivery charge is not refundable.
2.6 If you wish to return the goods for a refund, we suggest that you return the goods using a secure and insured parcel delivery service (e.g. Venipak, UPS, DHL, DPD, etc.). We do not accept any liability for returned goods not received. The cost of returning the goods is to be borne by the Buyer.
2.7 A request for a return authorisation shall be accepted within 48 hours of receipt of the request.
2.8. Pirkėjas (fizinis asmuo)turi teisę nenurodydamas priežasties atsisakyti internetu sudarytos sutarties per 14 dienų, išskyrus šio straipsnio 2 d. numatytas išimtis. Sumokėti pinigai, įskaitant pirkėjo apmokėtas prekės pristatymo išlaidas, pirkėjui grąžinami per 14 dienų nuo pirkėjo pranešimo apie sutarties atsisakymą dienos, tačiau Pardavėjas gali negrąžinti pinigų, kol negaus prekės arba jam bus pateiktas įrodymas, kad prekė išsiųsta.
2.9. Vartojimo ginčus neteismine tvarka sprendžia Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, buveinės
adresas Goštauto g. 12, Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt.
2.10. Prašymus ar skundus dėl galimų vartotojų teisių pažeidimų vartotojas gali pateikti vartotojų ginčų sprendimo platformoje http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
