1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 This document governs the mutual rights, obligations and liabilities of the Seller and the Buyer (Customer) in relation to the purchase of goods online www.healthychoice.lt.
1.2 The following terms and conditions shall apply to your use of this website, including accessing and purchasing the goods referred to on this website. These terms and conditions, which are set out below, may be amended at any time without further notice.
2. PARTIES AND THEIR CONTACT DETAILS

2.2 Customer means a person who visits the website as a potential or first-time visitor and purchaser.
2.3 In the following text, the word "we", including its other forms, refers to the Seller, who is the owner of the goods and services, and the word "you", including its other forms, refers to the person who visits this website as a prospective or first-time customer.
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
3.1 When purchasing Goods, the Buyer shall collect them virtually and place them in a virtual basket.
3.2 The Buyer shall provide the data strictly necessary for the execution of the order, i.e. name, surname, telephone number, delivery address, etc.
3.3 The moment at which the Buyer makes payment shall be deemed to be the moment of conclusion of the Contract.
3.4 When the Buyer receives an order confirmation by email, the Seller is deemed to have accepted the order.
3.5 If the Buyer fails to pay the amounts due, the order shall be deemed cancelled.
3.6 The Buyer shall pay for the return of the goods. In the event of a return, the Buyer shall pay all bank charges associated with the return of the goods to the Buyer's account.
3.7 If the Buyer has provided incorrect information or an inaccurate address, the Buyer shall be liable to reimburse the Seller for all delivery costs.

4.2 We aim to respond to your questions as soon as possible.
5. PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1 We ask for your name, telephone number, delivery address, email address and payment method details in order to fulfil your order.
5.2 We may conduct surveys and otherwise ask for information about the use of our website in order to further develop and improve this website.
5.3 The data you provide will enable both us and the data processors to fulfil your order and provide our services.
5.4 We may also send you information about our products, services and details of promotions and special offers.
5.5 If you do not wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please notify us accordingly by email: info@healthychoice.lt.
5.6 By using this website, you agree that:
5.6.1. you are contacted by email or telephone to discuss your order or to answer a question you have asked;
5.6.2. the necessary information is passed on to the parcel service in case it needs to contact you about the delivery of your order.
5.7 By choosing to make a purchase on our website, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and agree to the provision of the above information to the parcel service, which may store that information for record keeping purposes.
5.8 We are able to take great care in the processing of your data and to ensure that any information you provide us with will be processed with due discretion and in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. Therefore, we will neither sell your personal data to third parties nor use it for purposes that are unrelated to the company-client relationship.
5.9 The information you provide to us will be used for the following purposes:
5.9.1. to dispatch your order;
5.9.2. to provide the parcel service with details of the delivery location and your contact details so that it can contact you if necessary to verify that it is you who has placed the order, to acknowledge receipt, or to resolve any problems that arise;
5.9.3. to correspond by email in the future about possible offers that may be of interest to you (subject to your prior consent).
5.10. Any information you provide is only used to confirm your identity and to deliver your order promptly. All data provided by you shall be treated with care and diligence in accordance with the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. Such processing does not constitute an examination of your creditworthiness and will not affect either your credit risk score or your creditworthiness itself.
5.11 One of our policies is to ensure your personal security when you use our services. We therefore make every effort to ensure that our operations are processed securely and that the personal data you provide to us is kept secure. All information processed is encrypted and transmitted over secure internet communication channels.
5.12. For your information, we inform you that in order to encrypt the personal data and other classified information that you send us, we use the standard cryptographic protocol SSL (secure sockets layer) to encrypt the transmission of data over the Internet. In addition, we make every effort to update the technology as new developments occur to ensure the highest possible level of security for your personal data.

If you are using a public computer or connecting through a shared public network, always make sure that you are logged out at the end of your login session and, after completing your order or session, close all browser windows before leaving your computer. These measures will ensure that your personal data cannot be taken from the computer you used.
5.14. It is also very important that you do not disclose your passwords to anyone. Remember that anyone who knows or can see your password will be able to log into your account at any time as if they were the primary user. It is therefore a good idea to create a different password for each online account.
5.15. In cases where you are required to create or choose a password, it is best to use a combination of letters and numbers. We also recommend that you do not use common dictionary words or easily guessable terms such as your name, address, date of birth or other personal details that could be easily identified. Finally, it is a good idea to change your password regularly to ensure ongoing security.
6. RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
6.1 Under no circumstances may this website be abused. By using this website, you agree to:
6.1.1. that you will neither induce nor incite the commission of a crime;
6.1.2. that you will neither submit nor distribute harmful or malicious content, such as viruses;
6.1.3. that you will not disrupt the integrity of this website by any action, including intrusions into the database, distortion of data, interfering with other users' use of this website, disrespecting the privacy or rights of other users, sending unsolicited advertising or marketing material, or attempting to modify the programs of any network or computer services connected to this website;
6.1.4. that you will not copy, republish or use any of the content, images or photographs on this website without the prior written permission of the owner of this website and that you will comply with all copyright laws.
6.2 In addition, we cannot be liable for any loss or damage caused by the attack of viruses or other technological constructs that are genuinely harmful to your computer, including specific programs, data or other material contained therein, while you are voluntarily downloading material from this or any other website linked to it.
6.3 We reserve all rights to render any user account inoperative at any time if we suspect that a malicious attack may have taken place or if we believe that a user has breached these Purchase Terms, including by direct infringement and misuse.
7. AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION
7.1 It is our policy to always make information on this website as accessible as possible. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this commitment is honoured, we cannot guarantee that we will always meet it. We therefore ask that if, when you open this website, you find that the presentation does not meet your needs, or if you see pages or links that do not take you where you expected, you let us know about such inconvenience so that we can make the necessary corrections. Of course, we recommend that you update your browser so that the latest version is installed on your computer. Please also make sure that JavaScript support is enabled in your browser.
8. PREKIŲ GRĄŽINIMAS
2.1 Goods purchased at www.healthychoice.lt may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
2.2 Returns can only be made if the packaging is intact - the goods have not been unpacked.
2.3 When returning goods, they must be returned in their original packaging.
2.4 The Buyer's request to return the goods must be made in writing, accompanied by proof of purchase in the e-shop.
2.5 Money for returned Goods may be refunded to the Buyer within 5 days of the date of return of the Goods to the Seller and confirmation by the Seller that the Goods have been accepted by the Seller as returned. The delivery charge is not refundable.
2.6 If you wish to return the goods for a refund, we suggest that you return the goods using a secure and insured parcel delivery service (e.g. Venipak, UPS, DHL, DPD, etc.). We do not accept any liability for returned goods not received. The cost of returning the goods is to be borne by the Buyer.
2.7 A request for a return authorisation shall be accepted within 48 hours of receipt of the request.
2.8. Pirkėjas (fizinis asmuo)turi teisę nenurodydamas priežasties atsisakyti internetu sudarytos sutarties per 14 dienų, išskyrus šio straipsnio 2 d. numatytas išimtis. Sumokėti pinigai, įskaitant pirkėjo apmokėtas prekės pristatymo išlaidas, pirkėjui grąžinami per 14 dienų nuo pirkėjo pranešimo apie sutarties atsisakymą dienos, tačiau Pardavėjas gali negrąžinti pinigų, kol negaus prekės arba jam bus pateiktas įrodymas, kad prekė išsiųsta.
2.9. Vartojimo ginčus neteismine tvarka sprendžia Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, buveinės
adresas Goštauto g. 12, Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt.
2.10. Prašymus ar skundus dėl galimų vartotojų teisių pažeidimų vartotojas gali pateikti vartotojų ginčų sprendimo platformoje http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
9. BAIGIAMOSIOS NUOSTATOS
9.1. Visi ginčai, nesutarimai ar reikalavimai, kylantys dėl Pardavėjo ir Pirkėjo bendradarbiavimo arba su juo susiję, kurių negalima išspręsti Pardavėjo ir Pirkėjo derybomis per 15 darbo dienų nuo reikalavimo pateikimo dienos, sprendžiami Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymuose nustatyta tvarka.
